Breast milk leaking

My daughter is 8 days old, and nursing very well, but now that my milk has come in when she feeds I start leaking on the other side so I pump one breast while feeding with the other, my question is at night if she sleeps longer than 2-2 1/2 hours I start leaking and wake up soaked and very engourged so I immediately have to pump at least a little to relieve the pain. If we co sleep it's worse and I'll leak sooner. Any tips on what I can do or do I just need to invest in some breast pads?
