So I made a post yesterday trying to understand this bbt thing, since this is my first time tracking it (if you want more background, check it out). I wonder if my husband and I already did enough bd-ing now that I’ve got a spike this morning and a negative opk (I literally tested yesterday afternoon and this morning and it’s getting lighter).
