Low testosterone

So me and my husband have been TTC over a year (we have a 9 year old son) and went and got our physical and lab work done for just a wellness checkup. Turns out his Testosterone level was at 167..... The doctor ordered testosterone injections every two weeks. Could this be why we are having a hard time conceiving this time around?
