Mirena IUD

Got it put in 3 hours ago. The pain is so bad. I have taken meds and have had the heating pad on me so long I think its searing my skin. Nothing has worked. I cant walk or move. So far I have had- dizziness, feeling faint, pounding heart, and nausea. And I know its because of the pain im in. I cant get comfortable, my head hurts, and tears have been forced out of my eyes from the cramps.

I have had a baby. Is this normal? When will it stop? I am bleeding still. Not to the point that I'm hemorrhaging. But enough like a regular mid flow period. Please, I need advice. He said the bleeding should stop in about an hour!
