Back pain and sharp shooting pain

I’m 6w4d and Over the weekend I’ve had pretty severe low back/pelvic pain and this random sharp shooting pain on my left side. No bleeding or spotting but I can’t seem to get much relief with either one except a hot shower. I called my doc but haven’t gotten a response. Does this sound like something to be worried about?
