Inversion table in 1st Trimester?
Of course I will check w my doc when i go in, but is anyone familiar with inversion tables? I have 2 bulging discs in my neck, and i do get some relief from using the table. Im only 6 weeks, but is it safe to continue? I am sure as i get further along its probably not so safe for baby, but just wondering when i should stop. I only hang 1x a day for a short period of time, less than 10 min...
