How are you guys preparing yourself for not being able to have your spouse come back with you to your appointments or ultrasounds? Especially if you’ve had previous losses.. ☹️
I’ll definitely FaceTime with my hubby while he waits out in the car, and want to get an at home fetal Doppler so he can hear the heartbeat in person too.
Just trying to curb some of this awful anxiety I’m having 😔
