Smell like baby ?

My boyfriend keep saying I smell like baby milk . Lol whatever that means .. I’m only 18 weeks .. is  there some kid of smell that you have while pregnant .. that makes you smell like a baby or like a babies milk ? 😂😂😭😭 he literally says it everyday

my husband said the same! in my first trimester. might be the hormones giving off a certain scent🤔

I don’t know about a milk smell,  but the only reason I even took an at home test was because I noticed my own body scent had changed - during pregnancy I have this horrible maple syrup scent! I recognised it from when I was pregnant with my son and I was 100% sure I was pregnant again - at home test confirmed it later that day 🤦‍♀️
I definitely think it has something to do with hormones!
