Types of Cramps

Hey guys! I’m only about 4 weeks along (haven’t even missed my period yet) and I’ve been having cramps that feel like period cramps. Sometimes they are mild and sometimes they are more intense. Does anyone else have this? I’m just so scared because I had a miscarriage back in September at 6.5 weeks and had cramps the whole time. I know they say cramps are normal early on but I just need to hear from some other people who are in the same boat as me. I guess I am looking for reassurance to stay positive. Please tell me everything you have experienced or know about it!
