Cysts??

I got the implant a couple weeks ago and I went about a week and a half after I got it without my period and my period was there for about a full 7 days. After the 7 days I’ve been off and on bleeding and spotting brown constantly for two and a half weeks currently.. I have constantly been wearing pads and not able to let anything breathe.

I just discovered a hard tender lump inside the “lip” right next to my “pee hole”.. and I just discovered it today and it’s progressively gotten from a pea size to a dime.. what do I do?? And does anyone else think it could be from my implant? Should I eave it all alone for my body to adjust??
