Anxious now

Good morning lovely mama’s , I have a question for you all ! Last night I did my usual getting ready for bed went toilet to wipe and find a very light pink liquid on the tissue , I’ve had no cramping or anything but I’ve been up all night with worry that I’m starting to lose the baby . I’m 39 years old diabetic and have 3 kids already and I’ve never had this with any of there pregnancies. What signs would I have if it was to be the case other than cramping and bleeding ?? So confused , upset scared 😔
