Big procrastinator

So I’ve been saying for months that I’m gonna work on getting my permit but I procrastinate & out it off to the side every single time. I’ve read some pages of the book (it’s so boring and I get distracted easily & unmotivated) & I have an app that I’ve passed every test or I took every quiz until I got an 100% on it but I can’t seem to bring myself to making the appointment & going through with it, mainly because I feel like I won’t have anyone to teach me. Everyone in my life says they will help teach me once I get it & take me out but I just feel like a burden about having them teach me. I procrastinate on the really big things in my life but I’m very impulsive when it comes to small things that won’t really benefit me at all & I don’t understand why I’m like this at all. I’ll motivate myself and as quickly as I motivate myself, I start to feel unmotivated.
