Okay, so I've been really really itchy for the last day or two, around the outside of my vagina. Wherever I've scratched it, it's coming up red and inflamed, and the skin is having like a clear discharge but it's unclear where from, apart from that it's in the itchy red areas. It's odour-free, and like water. I'm really not sure what this is or what to do, please help!!😰
