TW: Abuse, miscarriage, sexual assault

My bf and I have been together for 3 years. His ex that he broke up with 3 months before me is obsessed with him.

Here is a list to show how psycho this girl is:

*They only dated for 4 months. She moved herself into his dad’s house and refused to leave. Any time he would ask her to go back home, even for a few days for some space, she would bawl her eyes out and physically cling to him, begging him not to leave her. He had to have friends and family help him get her out for good and break up with her.

*Made a fake number and sent me my bf’s old nudes, saying he was cheating. Realized it was a lie bc the pics were of him in his dad’s old house

*When they broke up, she faked a suicide attempt - called him saying she took 40 pills but never called an ambulance. She started vaping and smoking cigarettes to try to impress him and get him back. Faked a pregnancy - would not show him any proof, said he would have to meet her and go with her to one of her WEEKLY hospital appointments for it. Then sent me a pic of a test that came up on a reverse image search.

*She tapped into his old phone. She sent him a screenshot of messages between her and me and her contact photo and name for me are the EXACT ones he has. And Facebook and Instagram history shows her/“someone” logging in for MONTHS, multiple times a day, sometimes even multiple times in an hour, on his accounts, Facebook showed it was from her area.

I know I sound like an idiot for staying but I ended up pregnant but later miscarried. We thought we finally got rid of her about a year and a half into our relationship bc she found someone else. I am now pregnant again.

She must have our numbers mixed up because she is texting my phone (from a new TextNow #) thinking I am my bf -

Her: I still love you and can’t put anyone else above you. I miss your booty rubs and you give good dick. I always felt safe and happy with you

Me: Um dude you have a bf lol goodbye 😂

Her: That’s why I’m texting you. I need you. He beats me and forces me to have sex. I wanted to know if I could stay in your room with you at your dad’s house. It’d only be a week I promise and I won’t try to have sex and I won’t tell your girlfriend. I just want to cuddle and feel safe.

Obviously it’s most likely a lie to get him to at LEAST have sex with her or spend time with her. I want to just delete her text and move on. We plan on getting restraining orders ASAP. But I didn’t know if it was possible to get in trouble if any of it is true?
