Baby in own room?

Question

When are you guys or have you put your baby in their own room? And how did it go? 
We’ve been sleep training our little one and for the most part she’s able to go to sleep on her own. She’s still a bit random with her wakings/feedings at night but pretty much wakes up once in the night to be feed.
We would really like our own room back but we will miss her!
What are you guys doing?

My boy will stay in my room till he’s at least 1. I just feel he’s to young to be in his own. It’s just easier to have him beside me in his crib. Plus they are only this little once and I want to soak in all the time and cuddles I can get 💙

We put our daughter in her own room at 3 weeks. The constant grunting was keeping us awake nonstop and we were exhausted. We have a video monitor, the Owlet and we still go in 2-3x a night for a feeding, so I feel comfortable with this. With our first, we waited until 3 months.

12 weeks - he’s been in there for nights and naps exclusively. It’s been nice having our room back and I know he’s safe in there. Plus our monitor is LOUD.

We did it at three months. Our LO sleep such better in his room. He wakes qt 10 or 11 then will sleep until 7! When he was in our room he woke every 2 hours. The transition was pretty easy as we did it at the same time we sleep trained. But we definitely missed him the first few nights!!

I think until 1 years old... they recommend room sharing until that age.. and I’m actually getting attached to him being here 😅

We moved mine to his own room the day before he turned 3 months in the hope that it would improve his sleep. It did not help unfortunately, but he’s not sleeping worse either so that’s something. It went pretty easy honestly, but I had been putting him in his room/crib for naps for a month before. My husband and I took turns sleeping in his room with him for about a week and then he has been there alone since (about another week so far). Except sometimes he decides that he needs to be held to sleep at about 3-5am and so then I’m just in there 😂😭. I personally love it. My husband is so loud and I was constantly worried that my son would wake up because of my husband moving in bed, so now I don’t have to worry about that. And now all of his stuff is in the same room so that makes things a little easier
