Is it bad to let my car run for about 10 minutes?

Not as in letting it warm up, but sitting in the car and it’s just on

As long as you’re not in an enclosed space (ie: garage) you should be fine!

I personally don’t have a car but I hate when people do this. You can smell the exhaust in the air when you walk by and if the cars been running for a while it really makes it hard to breathe (I’m asthmatic). I just think if you want to sit in your car you should do so with the engine off

My husband says it’s good to start it up a couple mins early, especially if it’s cold out

That's illegal where I live, you can only keep it running for max 2 minutes

For environmental reasons I don’t, either for warming it up or just resting. I always turn my car off
