Engagement question.

I was told im 1 cm dilated at 32 weeks, im now 34 and my baby is engaged now but still at 1 cm dilated.

This is my 2nd preg, and i had my son at 37 weeks, should i be concerned about preterm labor with this one? Im just a little nervous - ive had lots of pressure in my rectum, and vagina areas, sooo much rib pain, and dirrahea. But havent lost my plug that i know of and definitley havent broke my water. Im an over thinker but i am just trying to get a little advice if maybe a mama has had this happen and slowed down her normal routine and it helped her to reach atleast 37 weeks.
