Trying to conceive after a stillbirth last month

I had a stillbirth last month due to undiagnosed preeclampsia and negligent doctors😓. I just want to know how many women went on to have successful pregnancies after being diagnosed with preeclampsia, eclampsia, HELLP syndrome, etc, and how long in between did you wait. I heard six months then some say less. I know I’m still on pelvic rest. (It hasn’t been 6 weeks since I lost my daughter). Am I wishful thinking? I just want my rainbow baby. 😥
