Symptoms or no symptoms?!

Question

Yesterday was the first time I got sick. And I’m about 6 weeks! I can’t tell if it was from being pregnant or getting the stomach flu as my in laws got the bug and I was around them. Other wise I feel like I have no symptoms besides my left nippier getting extremely big, hard and tender. My belly almost feels like I am bloating but tight? Does anyone else have these symptoms? I’m just so scared. It’s my first pregnancy and we’ve been trying for over a year.

With my first pregnancy I had no symptoms other than flu like symptoms entire week 6. If I hadn’t known I was pregnant I would have thought it was the flu.. this time around (only 7 months later) I am sick. At 4 weeks. It’s not as fun this time hahah

With my first, I had very few symptoms (sore breasts and tiredness). It was so nerve-wracking! But all was well. She's an energetic 2 year old now!
With this one, my symptoms are all over the place! Yesterday I felt so, so sick. And today I feel good. 💁
