Subchorionic hemorrhage @ 7W

Went to ER im about 7 weeks, found out I have a subchorionic hemorrhage. The hemorrhage size is 1 x 0.9 x 0.5 cm. Baby has a heart rate of 133. Measuring 6mm. I haven’t had bleeding, just excessive vomiting. And all the other pregnancy symptoms. But the er gave me Zofran to hold me until my appointment on 2/11. (Zofran is saving me) Has anyone else dealt with this? Will my baby be okay? Does it go away on its own? Or will it get bigger? This is my first baby & I’m so nervous
