Low-carb fertility smoothie/keto friendly
Was looking for a low carb / keto friendly fertility smoothie and could not find one anywhere being that most smoothies take berries and you can only have those in moderation on the keto diet so I made my own 1 oz kale one cup spinach half avocado 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/4 cup water 1 tbsp keto friendly almond butter one teaspoon maca powder and one tablespoon flaxseed meal taste pretty awesome leave it at room temperature then drink can also be a meal replacement
Total carb count is 12.6 compared to the many others I found on Google that are triple that amount of carbs
