Am I in labor?

Question

It’s been like this all day. Getting closer together now. Intense tightening like extreme Braxton Hicks. I can walk through most of them though which is why I’m questioning.

I'd say Braxton Hicks, possibly as a sign of early labor, since this indicates that you would have 5 contractions within 10 minutes, which means you should be in hospital buy now with much more intense and painful contractions. 
Here (in Sweden) they say that you should go to hospital once you have 3 contractions within 10 minutes and they are so intense that you can't do much else than think of getting through them.

Sounds like my early labor with my first! It was like that for about 24 hours then progressed to contractions that got me up out of bed and that I needed to manage on all fours or in the shower. (This time I’ve been having intermittent contractions for weeks. 😑)
