Blood and cramps early pregnancy

Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had to post something like this... I’ve been fine all day, randomly I thought I just had a little extra discharge so I wiped and have dark blood, like brown on my toilet paper, one wipe and it was gone but now I’m starting to cramp on my right side...

I don’t know if I can deal with another miscarriage...

anyone else believe that’s what’s happening though, because that’s the first thing that comes to my mind 😭
