Recurring BV...

I tested positive for BV 10 days ago after having a yeast infection. I’ve never had either one in my life. After taking the 7 day meds for the BV, I was still having symptoms. Went back in to my OB 3 days later and tested positive AGAIN for BV. Any suggestions for this. I haven’t felt like myself in a month and just want this to be over already.
