I had an abnormal pap 2 years ago with HPV received colposcopy and they said to watch and wait, now I am pregnant with these results, does this mean it went away for now? Thanks girls!

Looks like your colposcopy was good and no abnormal cells were found. 
I had abnormal cells from a Pap back in 2016. They were pretty severe. The Doctor said for the type they found, a hysterectomy would have been recommended but since I hadn’t had kids yet, they would refer me to an oncologist for further evaluation and treatment. I had a colposcopy done as well and my Oncologist moved forward with a cone biopsy. Thankfully, they were able to remove the abnormal tissue and my margins were clear. 
Having the cone biopsy did shorten my cervix so it is something that I am monitored closely for in pregnancy. I had a full term pregnancy with my son and am 22 +2 with my daughter. My cervix is measuring okay and no intervention is currently needed. 
I have regular paps to ensure the cells don’t return but it can be so scary.

I had this - had to get a LEEP procedure where they scrape all the pre cancerous cells off the cervix—- was told if I fell pregnant could shorten the length of my cervix so I was monitored very carefully during the whole pregnancy. 
Get this checked out ASAP— not sure why they waited - I had the abnormal pap, the colposcopy, and then the leep— all done in like 2 months it all happened so fast .
