My boyfriend and i have been together around 1 yr and a half! We were introduced by one of our mutual best friend around 1 year before be started dating , she tricked me into going out to eat with her and she didn’t tell me she invited someone else (my current boyfriend) and from then we began  talking, went on a few trips as friends (in our friend group) and actually we liked each other at different times and we didn’t seem to sync up until we actually sat down and talked about it and finally we were on the same page , but he totally broke my heart before we actually even began dating just bc we were not on the same page at all until we finally were and started getting to know each other in a different level and lead to actually dating and now we’re doing great , he’s my bestie and boyfriend all in one ❤️

we met in december of 2016 and started dating January 2019. 
He came to my showchoir to replace our old drummer. I saw him as I was running down a hallway and slapped his ass (very common in the showchoir world for whatever reason lol) while he was talking to someone. i realized right as i passed and smacked that i didn’t actually know him and quickly turned and said, “Hey, who are you?” he gave me his number that day and were friends ever since

11 yrs before we became a couple 😂 My parents worked with his dad and uncle. They played poker together every weekend. That's how we met at 14. He was off limits as my dad's friend's son. We both went separate ways and married other people. We both got really hurt in those marriages. Eventually I moved back home and we bonded via similar situations. Like more of a bond than we had before. We were 24 almost 25 at the time. Almost 6 yrs later (on the 13th of this month) we're married with a kiddo who will be 3 next month. His parents were elated when we got together because they always knew we would. My dad however was still grumpy because that's his best friend's son. But he got over it and I swear he loves my husband more than he loves me 😂😂 We were family well before we were legally family. They all watched us grow up and it's been really cool having that kind of relationship before having a marriage. Before Covid was a thing we had a poker party at our house. The older OG generation (my parents, his parents, all the family and old work crew who are all still friends) and the OG crews kids who are all adults with kids of our own. It's really cool because my sister was 3 when the poker parties started and now my daughter is the same age she was. 3 generations. Keeping it going. Well as soon as covid goes down a bit more and it's safe to do so.

We met in a zoom college class in November, reached out to eachother ( turned out we were the only reason we were each going to class) and hit it off right away. We became official a few weeks after and have been happy ever since! Definitely the only good thing to come out of 2020

I was out drinking with a friend and her friend from work wanted to join us. Her friend was out with this other guy and we hit it off immediately. And I never talk to anybody. 
That was at the start of January 2 years ago. We went on a couple of dates (each date was 12 hours long) before making it official a month after meeting. We’re now engaged and have a baby :)

2.5 years. Met in college in 2009 but he had a girlfriend. 2.5 years later I was driving through his hometown and thought of him. Looked him up on FB and saw he was single so I sent him a friend request. He messaged me immediately and asked me on a date later that week. Been together ever since! Will be 9 years together in March, married 5.5 years with our 3rd baby on the way.

He trained me at the dealership my ex fiancé got me a job at 🙃 we became very good friends and everyone thought we had something going on (which we didn’t due to having respect for my current relationship) but oh lawd, we both wished something was going on. 😅 he ended up leaving that dealership and I ended up leaving my ex. He came to visit me unexpectedly at the dealership and once he found out I was single, we started seeing each other. We’re now engaged and trying to have our second baby together. ❤️ Forever grateful everything aligned to us being together. He’s my best friend.

5 years :). Met through a friend through playing games. They had gone to highschool together. When I first heard his voice I knew I wanted to have him in my life in some way.  Cant explain it but I just felt it. Had this voice tell me in my head.  So I went on a mission to be friends with him. We were best friends for a year but fell out of touch. We got back into communication with each other but he had a gf ... she secretly blocked me in his phone when they went on vacation together even though he and I were just platonic. When they broke up we got back in touch and started talking again, just once a week we would hang out and catch up. During covid we started to lean on each other more, and he was starting to talk to another girl. I got afraid I might lose him again so I just told him i didn’t wanna lose him and wanted him in my life forever. He felt the same way and I couldn’t be happier!  Being with my best friend is the best.
