Implantation bleeding?

I had a c-section almost 18 months ago, and I have been having all of the same symptoms as I was when I was pregnant previously, however, I'm lightly spotting. It was light pink, but now it's brown...I looked it up and everything I found said it's normal. I want to know everyone's experiences with this. Please note, there is a 5.5 year gap between my oldest and (current) youngest, so circumstances are different this time.
