Back Pain - Products

So last night I had like moderate severe lower back pain more on my right side. However yesterday I had sat in the tub to relex and did not have any back support. Maybe that is what caused it.

First, I tried using a heating pad and it did not help. Then my only option was to use Max Freeze gel which almost always helps my aches and pains. The pain went way within 5 mins after my husband applied it.

But is this safe to use? Obviously it absorbs into my skin. Will check with my OB today.
