Transition out of swaddle nightmare

My daughter kept breaking out of her swaddles no matter the brand/type so I invested in a Merlin suit and last night wasn’t any better.

She keeps pulling her pacifier out bc her hands can still kinda reach her mouth and her legs can still go up in the air... I’m dying and need any help you can offer. I was replacing her pacifier or nursing her every 5-30 mins last night .
