Cramps

Guys i need your help...i had to go to the emergency this morning because since 1am ive had really bad cramps it woke me up anyways i had a few symptoms of preterm labor it was cramps all over my stomach with moments where it hurt a lot more than stopped but the cramps never stopped so i thibk i had contractions and it went on to go into my lower back...when i got to the maternity section they monitored me but didnt see any contractions (the pain was a lot less worse as soon as i got to the hospital of course) so they sent me home telling me its probably just muscle pain but the thing is it hasnt gone away since then i still have really bad cramps and im having a really hard time sleeping so i dont know what to do or think im 31 weeks pregnant tomorrow
