Soooo with my son I had my iud removed, few days later I ovulated and boom I was pregnant

We are ttc for #2 and we are going on 6 months with no luck. I understand it’s normal but this idea went through my mind. I’m on adderall, I have add but it’s always been manageable until last year. I’ve looked up how adderall affects fertility and there isn’t much info so I just wanted to ask real people. Anyone think this could possibly be affecting my fertility?

Like I said above I understand 6 months at my age is perfectly normal- it was just a thought.
