Pumping pals flanges?

Does anyone here use pumping pals flanges and do you think they are worth it?

I used them and loved them!  I have a large chest and small nipples that point upward so with the regular flanges I had to lean forward so the milk wouldn’t pool in them. The pumpin pals flanges allowed me to sit normal and were very comfortable. 
I used the silicone ones but later switched the plastic ones with a beaugen insert because things started to swell near the end of my pumping journey. Still really comfortable. I was able to pump at max vacuum and lowest cycle on my spectra comfortably. Those settings don’t work for everyone but worked well for me and I was able to get the most milk.
