Kinda freaked 12DPO

I’m currently TTC and I am going on 12DPO
Felt kind of wet and I just knew AF has shown up (3DAYS EARLY)
todayIve had some light spotting in my panties,, when I checked there was a small spot already dried up And no more flow!
Could it be implantation this late?
How soon do I test?
I’m so nervous, COULD IT REALLY BE?
When did you get your BFP?
Did you have IB?
