Tingling sensation and heavy boobs??

My husband and I had unprotected sex 2-3 days before my ovulation period and also during that week. (Jan31st- to the 6th)We are trying to conceive! My next period is suppose to be February 19th per eve. I have been feeling a tingling sensation in my vaginal area, lower back pain, sometimes I get pain near my hips, and I feel my boobs getting slightly heavier. also see stretch marks coming on them too.

I get slight cramps on the lower left hand side of my stomach too. Can this possible mean I’m pregnant? I’m so confused!
