Varicose veins on my vulva!😱

I dealt with this with my first two children, and it seems like the third time around it’s worse than before. Or I’m possibly doing more than I was before.

Any recommendations on how to find relief? I stand for four hours at my job with only a 10 minute break in between.

Someone had recommended spandex, but I dealt with monthly yeast infections for five years and I’ve finally made it a year and a half without one so I don’t want to deal with that again.
