Low grade fever

So I'm 12dpo and I've felt pretty good today but when I got home I started getting a headache and took my temp and its between 99-100° dont feel nauseous or sick in any way. Other than the headache and feeling tired. I took a hpt with fmu this morning but it was a BFN. I dont really get feverish like this before AF. Guess I'm either gonna wait to see if it goes back down tonight... and since we are in the middle of a pandemic I wanna get cv19 tested just to be on the safe side. I'm not sure if low grade fever is a sign of anything as far as early pregnancy/af or if I'm just coming down sick 🙄 so many possibilities 😭 I just want my BFP already....
