Can not believe this is happening WOW

I’ve had two abortions I did not want to have. Mentally and emotionally healed from them. Met an amazing man. Stopped using birth control 4 months ago and just got my BFP today. I will definitely retest in the morning just to be sure. I’m shocked, can’t believe I’ll be having a baby October of this year. According to my last period I’m 4 weeks and 2 days. Calling Doctor tomorrow to do some blood work. Not sure if I should wait until after the bloodwork to tell my boyfriend or if I should just tell him on Valentine’s Day. Btw how long does blood work?
