Car accident/early bleeding while TTC

Hi all, on the 9th I got in a car accident that has given me some whiplash and pain in my back and hips at 4:30am. later that day at 3:00pm I started to notice some cramping that felt a little like period cramping. I started spotting today at 1:30pm and I was not supposed to start my period until a week from the day of my accident and I have been ttc. I am worried about the bleeding since I’ve never bled this early before my cycle or even more than a day before my cycle and I have endometriosis. I am not sure if I should reach out to my doctor again and see if this is normal or what to do. Could this be trauma related early bleeding or is this something abnormal that i should be worried about. Thank you everyone
