C Section and Sex

I had a C Section about 13 weeks ago. My partner and I hadn’t had sex in 4 months. We might’ve got a little carried away. After having sex each time we tried again that same night I would tell him to stop because it hurt as if it felt swollen inside. I’m not experiencing any pain and my incision doesn’t hurt or look different. Could it had just been swollen inside because of the C Section?
