I was diagnosed with pcos officially when I was 16, I’m 23 now but I’ve been having irregular periods since I was 13. I have unbearable cramps and I’m always spotting every day when I’m not on my period. I was also diagnosed with hpv at 22 strands 16,18 that are prone to case cancer. I have been in pain and feeling sick like almost every day. I don’t have health insurance so I can’t go to a doctor so I would just like to know any advice y’all can give me or what you think it is or what I should do. I just really need help
