How to make sure?

I have my 1st appointment at 8 weeks. And they are not doing any hcg or anything before it. How should i make sure till than that all is ok and im still pregnant? Because im not getting any much symptoms as of yet im 5 weeks. And no previous complications history. This is the 1st baby. Only symptom is missed period and 3 positive pregnancy test.

So how do i make sure and not panic till 8 weeks that all is ok and im still pregnant?
