Dad claiming me on taxes. I'm 22..decent job

So I've had fast food jobs since I was a teen. I got a better job in 2019 that's above minimum wage and I think I claimed myself for 2019.

Well my dad's telling me to let him claim me for 2020....but I really don't understand why?

I know he'll get more money but if I do that, wouldn't I not get anything?

.. He didn't mention anything about me getting a cut, I might ask him.

Is that shitty to do?
