Anyone know a good cream 4 red blushed face

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone knows of a good cream to reduce my blushed look I'm almost 44 and moved to a warmer tropical environment and as soon as I'm slightly warm my face looks like it's been slapped grrrr 🤣I'm after a cream that might help with the redness any ideas ??? Thanks ❤

I mix a little bit of this with my foundation.
It takes redness away. It’s amazing!
You can also wear it by itself like a cc cream. 
I highly suggest it!!

I’m from UK so on here couldn’t find the exact product so attached a photo of it.
It’s Anti redness eith spf
It is tinted - slightly green colour
Covers up the redness a bit
I love this cream
