Spa baskets , Perinial care products (huge help for after giving birth), gift cards so she can treat herself to something new or if you know her well you could pick out some cute things she'd enjoy (clothes/pajamas/some new mom outfits or nursing bras, food from a fav restaurant, massage, etc). Etsy has some cute new mom gift baskets worth checking out ... You can customize them it's sweet and not too expensive.
Delivery food (call and order to her house so she doesn't have to do the work) or meals all ready for her to drop off. 
Diaper subscription (you don't have to lock in a big subscription - you can do a monthly one or trial run even to see how she likes it)
You can print (find on google) or make your own Coupons for her. Voucher for helping with getting her errands or voucher for helping clean the house. Things to take the work load off her and give her time for bonding with baby and caring for herself 💓
Cute keepsake of her new baby (matching outfits for her and babe, baby books or milestone gifts, personalized jewelry, etc)

A food subscription gift card..hello fresh or daily harvest. Maybe daily harvest because it takes 2 minutes and its still healthy and delicious. Probably daily harvest, the smoothies are awesome! They even have a coffee one that is just like a nice frap
Cooling pads (recommend the Amazon ones I think medaline or mediline something like that) a 24 pack of those is way cheaper than fridamoms.. alongside with fridamom witch hazel liners and foam 
A nice robe
If it's someone your close to maybe cute vouchers like "2 hour nap" where you come and watch the baby for a few hours so she can nap. 
A gift card for Amazon especially if whole foods is close. The fact Amazon delivered whole foods was a huge win for me after baby.

If I were to get one I’d like stuff to make me feel better honestly. Like maybe cute nursing PJ’s, face masks, lip balm, self care kind of things. I told my bf for my birthday (2 months after I go into labor) I want a target gift card so I can get some new clothes bc I haven’t bought anything since highschool besides a back of nursing bras and 1 nursing tank bc all I ever wear are tank tops 😅😅
