Best DPO for Testing

Hey ladies. I am 10-11 DPO and really want to test but I also don’t want to test too early. When would you recommend testing? Also I have PCOS and it causes very irregular periods for me so I can’t really wait until my period is late because I don’t exactly know when it would be coming. Thank you
