BOSS TALKING ABOUT ME

My store manager at walmart was talking about me to my supervisor saying how im not friendly ans not asking mastercards and not gettinf enough donations, I got $29 worth of donation in 3 hours and its not busy today and the time when I knew the person because shes a regular customer i obviously dont offer her a mastercard because shes said no before, and a lot do insta cart so she sees me when I dont ask, and shes just blind, im afraid shell right nots about me how im not friendly but I reallt am shes not there enough to say im not friendly is there anything i can do about this?
