Lemon oil? Safe?
So I had Organic Lemon juice (looks like a lemon) you buy at the grocery store and noticed it says it also has organic essential lemon oil in it and am 20 weeks pregnant. I’ve read everywhere that you shouldn’t consume essential oils.. do you think it’s ok?
