Ughhh the hip pain!!
Has it started for anyone else yet? I can already feel my hormones loosening things up and it’s causing hip issues for me. I struggle to sleep on my side but I am uncomfortable sleeping on my back or tummy, especially because i am nursing (tummy sleeping is out while nursing for me 🤪) and I still bed share with my 17 month old and mostly cuddle curl around him.
What are you doing to help the hip pain? I did some yoga today but I know it didn’t help much last pregnancy. I think I’m just getting too old to be a pregnant woman 😂😢
