Sore after sex :(

We had sex probably 15 times im the last like 24 hours , and they honestly awhile to cum so it was a very long time having sex. We don’t get to see eachother a lot and finally got to spend the night and even though I have hypertonic pelvic floor / vaginismus which has been making sex painful for me I was still really horny so I did it even though it hurt . And I kept saying I was done and then I kept changing my mind even though my vagina was like throbbing by this afternoon :( what do you guys do to soothe your vagina after lots of rough sex lol ? Does anyone else have this problem :(( no rude comments thanks
