Possible Twin Pregnancy!!

So we went in today for a ultrasound due to some vaginal bleeding that has been going on for a few days. During our ultrasound the doctor discovered two gestational sacs. However, he believes I am suffering from Vanishing Twin Syndrome which from I understand, one twin has stopped developing and will not go to term. We go back in 2 weeks to confirm if this is the case. One has a heartbeat and one does not at this point but he said that could possibly change. So hopefully we continue on to having a healthy pregnancy whether that's one or two!
